Why you should work with us!

“Amid the explosive rate at which the world’s population continues to increase, the accompanying and unavoidable increases in energy consumption, and the resulting reality of the deterioration of the environment, the human race is faced with a triad of serious problems - economic growth, consumption of energy and resources, and conservation of the environment...” S. Yoda; “Trilemma”, Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, Japan, 1995

This is called the TRILEMMA!

The world population doubled in the period from 1760 through 1900 a.d. from 0.8 to 1.6 billion people. While this doubling of the world population took 140 years, the next doubling took place in 60 years (1900 through 1960). The population will double again from 3.2 billion to 6.4 billion people by the year 2000. This time a period of only 40 years will be necessary for the doubling of the world's population. From now on we expect only linear population increases; however, by the year 2050 the world population will have reached 10 billion people.

CO2 is one of the Greenhouse gasses. Due to the burning of fossil fuels, the concentration of carbon dioxide has increased steadily since the beginning of the industrial revolution. With more carbon being released into the atmosphere, chances are that global warming will reach the point of no return - a point where the increase of the global air temperature will take place whether or not additional carbon is being released into the atmosphere. The figure to the right shows the emission of carbon as forecasted by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (1995).

New “State of the Art” buildings and their systems have an energy savings potential of about 50%. We help you to find it.

Energy and resource-efficient buildings preserve our precious resources, keep the air and rivers clean, reduce foreign dependency - and are even cost effective!

We help to conceptually design buildings, systems and plants with the Trilemma in mind.

Controlling; assist developers , architects, and builders by evaluating HVAC designs.

For more details, please see our page describing the Services we offer.

We also offer Workshops;
Resource-Efficient Building Conditioning
Multizone Air Flow Modeling [COMIS]
Modeling thermal Performance of Buildings [DOE-2]
